Norbu Labs LLC runs on two tracks. We build and operate our own SaaS products, and we take on a small number of engagements with founder-led B2B SaaS companies. The second track exists because the first one keeps teaching us things worth passing on.

Building and advising are the same job done from two directions. The problems we hit shipping our own software are the problems we get hired to solve — which is why the advice comes with scar tissue rather than a framework deck.

Evidence beats assertion
A model will repeat what it can verify. Original data, precise definitions, and independent corroboration do more for inclusion than another page of adjectives.
